Shipping & Returns

At Lemon Vape, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience.

Shipping:

 

  • Enjoy free shipping on all orders above $150.

  • For orders below $150, a standard shipping fee of $9 applies.

  • All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched promptly to ensure your products arrive safely and on time.                                                                           our support team is always ready to assist you at support@lemonvape.com.


PROOF OF AGE

All products sold on lemonvape.com are intended for adults. A signature and proof of age (Dependent on the province/state) will be required upon receipt of your package.

If your signature and proof of age are not collected during delivery, your package will be sent back to our warehouse and you will not be eligible for refund on final sale items. Please do not place orders if you are under legal vaping age in your region.

Please note that all packages shipped out will require a proof of age signature, regardless of whether you have purchased in the past or not. It’s the law.

SHIPPING TIMES/DELIVERY STANDARDS

We ship orders every day of the week, except for weekends. If you have received a notification of shipment on the weekend, it usually means your order was processed but will go out the following business day. 
Orders placed on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by the shipping couriers (Canada Post, USPS, etc) All delivery standard dates are provided in business days. For more information on delivery standards please refer to the Canada Post Website.

Every day we do our best to get your orders out as quick as possible. However once the order has left our facility, it’s now in the hands of the courier (Canada Post, UPS, DHL) at this point we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers.                                                                                                                                                                

Returns:

 

  • To request a return, please contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@lemonvape.com.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been damaged or broken after delivery.

  • Requests made after 24 hours will not qualify for a free return.
